Professional guidance for the public sector (Paris)

Dear all,

I am a MSc student in Paris and I have another master's degree from Harvard. I am exploring professional opportunities in France. I am mostly interested in working in the public sector, preferably in the education sector. I have previous work experience as an advisor to the Ministry of Education and Health.

I have no idea on how to start my job search or what kind of opportunities there would be in this field. My French level is still limited so I would like to chat with someone who understands the system and could provide some guidance and information, but in English.
