SmartSteps seeks a seller Support Manager for the German market. This is a permanent role in Paris, salary 25K€. You must be mother tongue or equivalent level in German including written. Fluent in French and preferably English too!
-Grow German top sellers sales, including Internet Marketers, Charities, and Influencers
-Proactively engage and communicate with Sellers, helping them to be as successful as possible with us!
-Provide strategic counsel to sellers and prepare them for key selling events
-Coach sellers through challenges and be accountable for quick turnaround
-Use CRM systems to track and forecast seller's’ performance and report results on a daily/weekly/monthly basis
-Re-engage churned or dormant sellers on the platform through relationship-building and outreach
-Increase the adoption of new features through education and communication with sellers
-Work with VAs (virtual assistants) to service admin requests for sellers
-Partner with Design/Production/CS/Tech to aid Sellers in day-to-day solutions and proactive seller behavior
-BA or equivalent in Management, or similar
-Experience in Account Management, high-level Customer Service or Sales experience
-Solid ability to handle tough conversations with sellers in a professional, solution-oriented manner
-Affinity for Start-ups / E-Commerce / innovations
-Strong written and verbal communication skills
-Experience working on project in a fast paced environment
-Fluency in German and French or English
