Suggestions regarding summer destinations (Paris)

Hello! :-)
I'd like to get some information regarding beautiful beach destinations for my next summer vacations.
Any ideas about beaches from Greece, Italy or Portugal? Or maybe further destinations?
The ideal destination would be a place where I can combine the beach with night life. By night life, I mean something lively but NOT crazy like Ibiza for instance.
All suggestions are more than welcome! :-)
