tai chi chuan class (Paris)

hi everyone !
i wil give 2 new tai chi chuan traditional yang style classes
in châtelet at l'atelier 10 rue du Cygne (métro châtelet or étienne marcel)
on fridays at 10h15 and 12h15
starting september 2nd with free classes
tai chi chuan is a chinese martial art
a good way to reduce stress and increase health
come and try
classes in french, but i can translate if necessary... and anyway practice is more important than explanations in french or any other language !!
