Any tips appreciated on relocation in May (Penang)

Well .. the tickets are booked. We will be arriving in Penang on the 20th of May. The hotel is booked for 10 days so I hope we can find a place to rent (for a year) in that time ... I am packing up the house and hoping all will go well with the move. I just hope it is possible to get a condo on a low floor as I am not at all keen on living up high :-) I have been looking at the IProperty.com site but there are no search choices for low floors ... any tips or just wishing us luck will be appreciated :-) .. I hope to meet some of you soon.
