Food and Stomach Cramps (Penang)

I have been living in Penang for about 1.5 years.

Does anyone else experience terrible stomach cramps on eating the food here?

It has become so bad for me that I think I have to leave. I went to Melbourne recently and my stomach problems disappeared straight away. The problem returned when I entered Penang again.

Can anyone relate to this? I have never had any stomach issues before arriving in Penang 1.5 years ago.
