Living costs and VISA advice needed (Penang)

Hi Everyone

I'm new here - and of course need some advice about Expat life in Penang.

My partner has been offered a job in Penang, she will be based in Bayan Baru area.

Cost of living: (PER PERSON)

Excluding buying a vehicle and medical health insurance.
Modest living
Rent: 2 bedroom apartment with good internet 4mps.
Mobile data
Groceries
Public transport

MYR Protected content for monthly expenditure?

VISA

I would be looking to relocate with her - initially on 90 day visa, with a view to gaining employment (E-commerce/Project Management) or opening a small consulting business within the 1st 3 months.

Is there a limit to multiple entries in Malaysia?

Any advice or info would be hugely appreciated, looking forward to being a part of the community.
