Monthly expenses (Penang)

Hi all. Just looking for some general info from any expats with young kids who've lived in Penang for a while. Mostly just wondering what you were spending monthly on groceries, utilities etc. Our monthly max for rent is looking like 6k-7K/ month and we already have both kids enrolled at St. Christopher's. We're looking at living in condo if that helps for utility estimates. Also don't plan on eating out all that often. Maybe 1-2x/week. Any help is greatly appreciated as we'll be down there in about a month. Thank you!
