Just a gentle prompt. Anyone who has registered to attend and can't make it due to changes in your circumstances, please use the decline button on the site. as you can understand this is a bespoke menu and it will be unfortunate if I book the meals and you do not attend.
this has become an issue at recent events and unfortunately next year there will be penalties for non attendance when booked.
