Short term office/apartment rentals Penang

Hello! My company Remote Year is bringing a group of 75 professionals to Penang for the month of October Protected content . We are looking to lease office space, and also possibly short term apartments. We will be coming to Penang in mid June to view options. Can anyone suggest any real estate agents or others who may be able to help/looking for a sublet? Thank you!
