Hello Penang !

I visited your beautiful island in February Protected content fell in love with the charm.

I am in the process now of doing all the preparation for the MM2H visa for when I turn 50..gulp..in Aaugust and would like some advice regarding the equine industry in the area.

Specifically I am planning on starting up a small breeding stud, importing gorgeous high quality Friesian mares into Malaysia.

If anyone knows of suitable stabling facilities that would be great. The turf club currently has no places available. This would be an ideal area tho.

Reading the forums on apartment rental negotiations, there was a thread a few yrs old that stated to haggle Protected content % below the asking price. I want to obtain a long rental Protected content the gurney area so advice on that process would be appreciated.

I really love the coffee/cafe scene and exploring the Malaysian culture.
