Visas for Filipino and UK nationals (Penang)

My girlfriend and I plan to stay on Penang around March '16. We'd like to stay longer term and later I will start a Labuan business. I'm from the UK and my girlfriend is from the Philippines. I think my visa will be fine for a while Protected content visa run) until I can get the Labuan set up. But she can only get 30 days at a time and I'm not sure how strict they are on Filipinos for visa runs/extensions. We plan to marry but can't yet... long story.... How easy/difficult would it be for her to get a multiple entry business visa? (She has a small business in the Philippines where we have lived together for the past 18 months). Or what's the best way to approach this situation? Any feedback much appreciated
