Best Time To Re-locate and Find Opportunities (Perth)

Hello All,
Me and wife have got Permanent Residency Visa for Perth. We plan to move Perth sometime in Feb Protected content .

I have nearly 12yrs + experience in advertising, media and event management and specialize in brand management, marketing and sales.
Presently i work with Viacom 18 Media Ltd (which is part of Viacom Worldwide) as Assoc Vice President. I have few queries and would like to seek advise ;

1) Is Feb a good time to move in and start looking for opportunities? As, I have heard that Dec/Jan Australia market is slow as everyone is travelling or partying :) or shld we move in Jan or push it to March?
2) Can you recommend any specialized recruitment agencies who work on advertising, media, events, and hospitality industry and specialize in marketing/sales senior profiles? And would agencies connect with me on Skype/phone while I am still in India, so there is some base communication exchanged before we reach Perth.

Your comments and advise would be he highly appreciated.
