Business Restrictions PR (Perth)

I am currently in Australia on a Employee nominated Scheme VISA and have permanent residency PR status. I have recently been made redundant by the company that employed me. I am thinking of buying a business in Perth . Can anyone advise if you can buy a business in Australia with any PR VISA once you are in the country or do you need to reapply for a business VISA? Are there any other restrictions that I need to be aware of.
