Getting sponsored (Perth)

Hi all, I'm brand new to this site. I'm just looking for a little advice. I'm moving to Perth in August & I was hoping someone would be able to give me some info. I'm looking to get sponsored for work. I have my working holiday visa but I would like to be able to settle long term. I'm living in New York at the moment & I know the irish community is very strong here everyone looks out for each other, I'm kind of hoping it will be the same in Perth. I have a degree in Business and Marketing and a Higher Certificate in Travel and Tourism and I have a Legal Secretarial Degree (If any of that info helps).
Any help at all would be great, if you knew of companies willing to sponsor people etc.
