Moving from Adelaide to Perth.. Need information

I will have to relocate from Adelaide to Parth as my wife got chance for higher studies in Murdoch uni. I will be moving next month and I am searching houses/units for rent. I am searching houses at Domin.com and real estate.com but want to know from some of you about which area near Murdoch uni has good primary schools and safe/secure locality.
