Office space required Perth CBD

Hi guys I'm looking to rent a small office space initially on an 'as needed' basis. I really need this to be in or very close to the Perth CBD.

I've previously run a successful business as a Clinical Hypnotherapist in the UK and I'm currently down in Mandurah having re-established the business in WA last year.
