Apt or studio near convention center for one week (Philadelphia)

Hello,

I'll be in Philly for a convention the last week of March and would prefer an apartment or studio to a hotel. The problem is, when I check rental sites such as roomarama and airbnb, they tell the neighborhoods where the places are located. As I don't know Philly, I can't make an informed decision.

Can anyone recommend a site or tell me which neighborhood I should be looking for if I need to be near the convention center'
