Any budget hotel in Phnom Penh?

I'm coming to Phnom Penh on March 21st. Will be there until March 24th.

I'm looking for a hotel / guesthouse, where a room per night costs around $7-$12. Does anyone know where to find this? If yes, kindly advise me as soon as possible, so I could book / make a reservation.
