Customs, Sea Freight and Bulk Stoage (Phnom Penh)

Hello P.P. Expats.
I am planning an exodus from Seattle to Cambodia this summer.
I've been there twice and may be staying for a long time.
Can anyone add their knowledge of Customs Brokers Fees and bulk storage in P.P.
I think the Port has some storage, but many of the website e-mails for Gov. Org. don't seem to connect.
I haven't found anything (GOOGLE) in P.P. itself for storage of a crate, 4' x 4' .I asked the aid of the public Library research site here, and they found a small bit on the Airport, which is not an economical or long term option.
This is my own venture and I am bearing the costs and want to minimize them.
Please help.
