Fresh off the boat (Phnom Penh)

Hey Everybody

I'm Phnom Penh's newest Ex-pat. I just arrived here a few days ago from St Petersburg in Russia. I can tell you it certainly is a refreshing change. (s it always this HOT?! :)

I will be living here for the foreseeable future. It would be great to catch up with some people, make some friends and learn the ropes.
