The Human Resources Director guides and manages the overall provision of Human Resources services, policies, and programs for the entire company.
Responsibilities: a.recruiting and staffing; b.organizational and space planning; c.performance management and improvement systems; d.organization development; e.employment and compliance to regulatory concerns; f.employee orientation, development, and training; g.policy development and documentation; h.employee relations; j.company-wide committee facilitation; k.company employee and community communication; l.compensation and benefits administration; m.employee safety, welfare, wellness and health;and n.employee services and counselling.
QUALIFICATION: a. Bachelor or Master degree in the field of human resources or any related field. b. Minimum working experience of 10 years in managerial post. c. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills d. Diplomatic and negotiation skills e. Tact, and the ability to deal with difficult situations f. Numerical and budgeting skills g. Knowledge of Cambodia employment legislation
