Relocation / School (Phoenix)

We are both Belgian and are looking to relocate in June from SC to Phoenix, AZ
Our main concern is finding a 3nd grade school for our 8year old daughter
We are looking to private school (Rancho Solano or Tesseract) but we have been told that Charter school should be considered
We are looking to come next WE to visit
Any input will be appreciated like this move is in a rush and we feel lost
