Relocation advice needed- UK expat (Pittsburgh)

Hi all,

I am an American citizen who has lived in the UK since I was 12 and am considering a move to Pittsburgh from London. I love the culture and way of life in the UK but my family is based on the PA/WV border and it is fairly inevitable that we will return in the next year or two. Could anyone point me in the direction of the best neighborhoods for families (my husband and i have a 3-month old), with easy access to the main part of the city for work. The west side would be best so that we are not more than 45 mind or so from the WV border.
