British moving to Montenegro (Podgorica)

Hi guys, My husband and I are about to move to Montenegro. I have researched the whole process but I am looking for people who can share their experience with following:

1. Removals Company they used and the way their moved their belongings and furniture - sea or road? how much did it cost?
2. Did they apply for customs and VAT exemption on import of personal belongings and car? was their any unplanned issues going this route?
3. Is there any way for him to keep access to NHS as health service in UK much better even if he is resident of Montenegro? If not, which private Health insurance you found the best?
4. Considering, we would sell what we have in UK, what is the cheapest way to transfer the money to Montenegro?
