Moving to Budva in September (Podgorica)

Hi, my husband and I are moving to Montenegro in September. We have a nine month old baby - can anyone advise on baby friendly places and shops to buy baby clothes etc.
We also will be bringing our dog, is there many pet shops around?
Also, is there a good expat community on the coast or is everyone in Podgorica?
Although we have visited Montenegro I am a little nervous about living there - any advice would be really appreciated.
Would it be best to bring a car with us or buy one when we get there?
