Necessary upgrades for imported cars (Podgorica)

A very good day to All,

I am studying if importing my personal car to Montenegro and could not have a clear and neat conclusion on parts that would require upgrade. I have got a grand cherokee limited year Protected content in the middle east and believe that at least the catalytic converter would need to be changed (with minor items such as lights). Might not be a good idea budget-wise ...

Has anyone by chance encountered this issue? How to be sure 100%? I have sent this query to the local dealer of jeep but no final response could be provided (yet).
