place to live..... (Podgorica)

Hi all , my wife and I are considering a move to montenegro due to my work internet research is proving almost impossible to find long term rental properties generally preferably unfurnished/ part furnished. I have read it could be living a nightmare to find long term rentals in Montenegro, as most owners will be willing to push you out of their property as soon as the summer comes by, or they will want to raise your rent by 400% . Any advice welcome we hope to visit perhaps late July for an exploatory visit!!! many thanks Rob
