Visiting Montenegro between August 3-17 (Podgorica)

Dear all!

My name is Victoria and I'm coming to Montenegro in August for vacation.
So far I'm planning to stay in Bar in a hotel but I am not sure whether it's the best base location for exploring the country as I would love to visit different cities as well as enjoy the sea.
If anyone has any recommendations regarding affordable apartments/flats that I could rent in other cities that have easy access to sea and good transport connections (I do not plan to take a car), please, let me know.
