Anyone in or near Braga (Porto)

Hi my name is Tamsyn I moved to Portugal in February with my boyfriend. He is Portuguese and so are all his and family. They are all very nice but they don't speak English and I have only just begun the long process of learning Portuguese. I am finding the isolation pretty tough and I'm craving some company. We live in Braga and I was just wondering if there is anyone else in Braga or close to Braga that would like to meet up?
