English speaking Mom playdates (Porto)

We are moving to Porto in September and have a 19 month old daughter. She currently goes to school so am worried she is going to be bored not having friends to play with. Do you know of any schools or daycares that have English speaking kids/teachers or any mom groups that get together to let their kids play???

She loves playing, so want to make sure we find some friends for her.
