A New Year in Prague

Hello All

I will arrive in Vienna on Dec 29th. Still debating to celebrate New Year there or in Prague. I have been following a rule of welcoming Every New Year in a New Place since Protected content . As Vienna is not a NEW place I am thinking to welcome Protected content Prague.

Can you give me some ideas where to go and what to do and what the typical celebration in Prague for the New Year Eve?

Also, please suggest some must-see places for my first visit to this great city. I like art, music, architectures and most important FOOD.
