Easter in Prague

Good morning from cold and snowy Denmark. I am planning to visit Prague from the 28th to the 31st of March during the Easter Festival time. I am planning to visit the city my grandmother was born in and explore what I hear is a beautiful city.

I was hoping someone might be able to direct me to some good restaurants and off the tourist grid sites or if some expats would like to meet for a wine or something, first two bottles of wine on me. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for the input and I am to this planned no plan adventure. Have a great day all,
