Bulgarian Cultural Institute presents the exhibition Origins of professors Emil Popov (statues) and Stanislav Pamukčieva (paintings and drawings).

Sculptures and paintings seek and reveal the living meanings, new energy emanating from the traditions of spiritual and ancestral memory. The work of both artists turns gaze to the beginning - the spiritual experience and stable support new steps.

Prof. Emil Popov graduated from the National Art Academy, Department of Sculptur and specialized in Paris and Stockholm. He has exhibitions in Bulgaria, Germany, Belgioum and UK. His works are owned by dozens of museums, galleries and private collections.

Stanislav Pamukčiev is a professor in the Department of Paintings NVA and member of the National Committee of the Union of Bulgarian Artists. He arranged more than forty solo exhibitions in Bulgaria and abroad. It carries eleven prestigious awards in the arts.
