First time visit to Prague

Ciao fellow InterNations folks,
I'm the Ambassador for Naples, Italy...and I'm visiting Prague for the first time this Saturday through Tuesday. I'm very excited to see the city I've heard so many good things about! This is a last minute trip for me to take a little break from work and from the hustle of Napoli. I'm looking for your recommendation of a local guide to help me get acquainted with the city. Also, what is a must-see item and a must-try restaurant? I look forward to your suggestions. Thanks!
