Flying with a dog to Prague

We are moving soon to Prague and want to bring our dog from the USA. We are hoping she can travel on the same flights with us (she'll have to be in the hold since she's over 20 lbs). Anyone have experience with this? Any suggestions on airlines? How difficult is it to clear customs with a dog at the Prague airport?
