General Advice (Prague)

I wonder if anyone would be able to help ?
We still live in the UK full time but bought a house in the Czech 8 years ago, which we hope to retire to and use as a holiday home at present. When we bought the house you had to open a Company to own the house, this isn't the case anymore. Due to this we are having to pay solicitors to look after the "Seat of the House" and it appears because it is a Company that owns the house the bills are higher, electric etc. I believe that we can change the ownership to private ownership, but could do with pointing in the right direction, our solicitor seems to think it is very difficult to do, however I suspect it may be because we would not need his services anymore.
Any help would be appreciated
