Hi Ladies, have a question for you. I´m a fitness instructor in my free time after work and now we are thinking of starting a new bodyforming/tonning lesson for English speakers (led also or exclusively in English - depending on majority of clients on the lesson) in Fanatic studio fitness at Náměstí Míru (Prague 2, studio is only for females, guys are forbidden there :-)).. for now we are thinking of Tuesdays at 7pm.. lesson would include a bit of cardio start to kick the fat burning process and warm up muscles and then muscles tonning/body firming either with rubbers,overballs,gymballs etc etc or just plain exercise of all kinds, with fun music.. no hardcore, just fun shaping up.. would you be interested in such lesson ? if so, would the preference be a 60min lesson or rather shorter (30mins or so ?).. thanks for the feedback, I´m looking forward to launch my ladies shaping up party lesson soon and hopefully see some of you there !!!
