Looking for help buying a laptop (Prague)

Dobry den, I'm looking for assistance in purchasing a non-Mac laptop. Specifically needed for Art, so must be photoshop friendly and have a graphics tablet. $ is of course a consideration. Any help will be compensated: barter, beer, a very good home-cooked Czech meal, etc. Oh, either Czech or English speaking help is fine, my friend is fluent in both, so that's not a problem.
