Moving to Prague - questions about buildings
Hi guys, this is my first post here :)
So, I will be moving to Prague in December, and I think I found a nice apartment, near Letenske namesti. Now, the building is quite old, and I was wondering if any of you have more experience and can tell me what to look for. I'm mostly interested if historic and old buildings are insulated - the apartment looks nice and is renovated, but I'd like to know if I'll be able to make it through the winter without it being too cold or having to pay too much for heating.
Any advice on what I should ask the owner? Are the walls thick enough, are the walls and windows soundproof (at all), how cold does it get in the winter?
I'd really appreciate any tip you might have :)
