Newcomers' Meet & Greet Luncheon April 18th, 2011 (Prague)

Dear Ladies

This month’s Newcomers/Meet and Greet lunch will be on Monday 18th April at The Zofin Garden Restaurant, Slovanský ostrov, Prague 1. The lunch will start at Protected content usually finishes at about 2pm for those of you wanting to organise child-minders etc .

The Žofin Garden Restaurant is located on the small island adjacent to Masarykovo nábřeži, between Legii most and Jiráskův most. Cross the small bridge linking the island to the riverbank and take the path to the left of the yellow building. Trams 6, 9, 17, 18, and 22 to Národni divadlo run very close by. Metro lines A (green) to Staromĕstská and B (yellow) to Karlovo námĕsti – Palackého námesti exit to connect with the number 17 tram. It sounds complicated but it isn’t really, it is also the venue for the Iwap General Meetings. There is usually car parking available at the Žofin, but if that is closed (due to other events) there is always public parking under the National Theatre (Národni Divadlo) across the road. The restaurant will be providing a Buffet lunch including drinks for a set price Protected content .

Please make sure you remember to pay for your lunch before you leave Zofin.

Please come along and join other IWAP members. It is a wonderful opportunity to meet other international women living in Prague. If you have not yet joined IWAP you will be able to pay your subscription at the lunch. Please bring along anyone who you think may be interested in joining IWAP and joining in the many social and cultural activities that IWAP offers, and of course existing members are always very welcome.

It would be good if you could let me know by Friday 15th April if you are coming. If you haven't booked and find on the Monday you are free, please just come along, it won’t be a problem.
