Position Description:
The position is based out of the Bell office located in Prague, Czech Republic. The candidate is accountable for the management of the business/contract related activities associated with commercial helicopter programs in Europe, Russia and the United Kingdom. Responsibilities of this position includes the preparation of commercial proposals and contractual agreements; reviewing and approving price quotations; negotiation of contracts; ensuring the proper payment schedules are adhered to and required profit margins are attained; coordination with the Bell home office; administration of contracts to ensure completion of Bell’s obligations within the budgets and schedules established for the program; and, establishing and maintaining a relationship with the customer to ensure the customer fulfills its obligations to Bell in accordance with the terms of the contract.
Qualifications

Education Requirements:
Four year college degree with a major in Business Administration, Finance, International Business, Marketing or related field.

Required Position Requirements:
A minimum of five years direct experience in a commercial/international aerospace contracting environment including direct experience in the preparation of commercial sole source and competitive proposals, drafting/review of commercial contracts and purchase agreements, researching/reviewing foreign commercial procurement regulations, contract negotiation and the administration of commercial contracts is required.

Candidate must be a self starter with the ability to work independently and multi-task. The candidate must be capable of working across departmental lines and must be able to effectively interface with both internal and external customers. International travel within Europe, Russia and the United Kingdom is required. Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint is mandatory. Candidate must be able to read, write and speak English.

Preferred Position Requirements:
Knowledge of the commercial helicopter industry is preferred. Master of Business Administration or related advanced degree is a plus. Knowledge of and proficiency in Salesforce.com is highly desirable. Ability to speak foreign languages in addition to English is preferred.
