For a big international company delivering sales services to well-known IT brands, we are currently looking for Inside Sales Team Leader to cover a new project for Western Europe, especially German speaking countries.
On this role, you should be responsible for leading a team of Inside Sales Specialist of all seniority, you would support them on a daily basis, help and motivated them to achieve all goals and you will be in a very close touch with responsible Operations Manager to track the performance and drive the business.
We are looking for an energetic person who is able to take own responsibility for the team but also work closely with others and make the right team spirit.
To be able to cover all your tasks, you should have at least Protected content with direct sales, including both acquisition and long-term business relationships with customers and business partners. Experience with both B2B and B2C is expected, IT or Telco industry would be a big advantage.
Beside this, you should be also very professional in both German and English.
We need someone who already led the team (at least 10 people), who is able to motivate and train and has an experience in performance tracking and reporting. Not only strong people skills but also good understanding of business and sales strategy needed!
Starting date is planned for the end of this year so please consider if you are able to start new job on time.
