We are looking for IT and Customer Service Specialists.
I am seeking Team Leaders with fluent German and English for one of my international clients based in the Czech Republic. The company plans to expand its customer service teams so they seek a new Team Leader for the DACH market.
The Team Leader will provide front line support to agents by providing real time answers to difficult questions, transaction monitoring or “coaching” of agent calls and delivery of the feedback. The TL will be responsible for identifying and owning execution of projects on the team Continuous Improvement Plan. Analysis of team/agent stats will be required to help identify trends to report to the Team Manager. The TL may be called upon to serve as management back up when all managers are off the floor. The TL is also responsible for keeping /building a close relationship with in country management in collaboration with is manager.
