Usually major international cities see a certain dynamics within the city borders.
neighborhoods go up and down. trendy areas of today will be static and conservative tomorrow.
These days in London - Shoreditch and Hackney just north of the City are very trendy.
In NYC Meatpacking District is also a very hip place alongside with certain parts of Brooklyn.
How about Prague ? where is the new , trendy , up and coming , hip neighborhood (s) ? the place where to be for designers, artists , and lifestyle entrepreneurs ?
