US electronic deposits to CZ (Prague)

I will be moving to Prague in September, and I have direct deposits from the US government, that I would like to transfer to a bank in the CZ. I realize there are advantages and disadvantages to having US dollars converted to Euros, but because I will be living in Prague, my dollar is worth more agains the Czech Koruna, so obviously I would like my dollars converted to that, rather than the Euro. Also, I have 2 separate deposits, so I could convert to one currency in one bank, and another currency in another. Does anyone have any advice about where to ban or how to handle this? Thank you
