Volleyball or beachvolley (Prague)

Hi all,

I am an Italian girl which is part of the LEGO Graduate Program.
I will move to Prague the 1st of March and I would be looking forward to find a volleyball team which I could train with. I have also heard there are some beachvolleyball fields..do any of you have information about it?

I have been playing volleyball for years but every time I change country is always really tough to find something :) Hope Prague will be better :)
