Electricity/water costs (Pretoria)

Hello!
Just wondering how much you all pay for electricity and water.My landlord just raised the price with Protected content (she said the electricity costs went up 30%), which would mean we pay about R Protected content month. When we moved in we paid an all-inclusive price, so not sure before what the price was for Electricity/water.
My partner and I live in a small 1.5 bedroom house, with shower (no bath) and both work all day (meaning we are not in the house). Unfortunately there are 3 small houses on this properties, and there are no separate energy/ water-bills.
