My name is Yifang Zhang and I'm a Master Student at the FAU University in Erlangen-Nuremberg (Germany).
I'm currently participating in a research seminar about "Intracultural Diversity - Challenges for MNCs" especially in the context of South Africa. Below is a link of a survey for the research.

This survey is part of a research project of the Department of International Management at the Friedrich-Alexander-University Erlangen-Nürnberg. In this research project we aim at finding out more about leadership preferences in countries with high intra-cultural diversity, especially people working in South Africa.
