Moving to Pune- need help abut cost of living?

hey Guys,

My wife got relocation opportunity to Pune.
we are really excited about it on the one hand but on the other we are concern about some things, mostly on what are the main expenses of living in Pune.

we wanted to get some info from experience expats in Pune today and to ask some questions regarding cost of living and monthly expenses.

1. how much does it cost to rent a house(Villa) in high standard, fully furnished?
2. how much does a car ? avg one , should cost?
3. what are the good neighbors we should be looking for houses? (we are part of the amdocs company)
4. food costs per family
we will appreciate any kind of info
